RETURN POLICY
1. We accept returns if (a) refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of your product (b) products are unused & in their original condition (c) all accompaniments like original tags & original packaging (dust bags & boxes) are returned as well.
2. To process your refund (a) please share your details in the link below in point 4 (b) Once your returned product is received, we will send you an email confirmation on whether your return has been accepted (c) product cost refund will be processed back to your bank account thereafter within 7 business days by our payment gateway & bank.
3. Once returns are accepted, we will also refund the original shipping cost (in case shipping was charged) and bear the return shipping cost so that there is no liability for the customer.

RETURN PROCESS
The pickup process enabled through our shipping partner Fedex is as follows:-
1. The bag needs to be packed back in the box with tape the way it was received & handed over to the pickup executive.
2. We'll share a few documents over email which will need to be printed at your end & given to the pickup executive.
3. Pickups are scheduled 1 day in advance for the next day. So once you confirm that the pickup can be scheduled, we will book the pickup & send you the documents for printing.
REFUND TIME FRAME
Suppose a pre-paid order is canceled before the product has been shipped from our end, the product cost refund will be processed back to your bank account thereafter within 7 business days by our payment gateway & bank.
